Holding a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix, Dr. Moseley furthered his education at Ashland Theological Seminary where he went on to earn a Master of Arts in Counseling degree. In 2023, Dr. Moseley earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Payne Theological Seminary with a concentration in Transformational Preaching.
